Tokyo

These photos were taken during my brief stay on Shinjuku, Tokyo in September 2002. I was on my way to America (the long way) and stopped in Tokyo to break up my trip a little. I had also never been there before and I love visiting different parts of Asia.

The weekend I was there also happened to be the weekend of the Toyko Gay and Lesbian Pride Parade. It was so cool ! I didn't get to see the actual parade since I had to catch my plane but I did get to see everyone meeting and setting up for it. There were some pretty strangely dressed characters there too.

Japan was a great place to visit and I'd love to spend more time there sometime.
